Art Unlimited is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all conference events, participants and team members. Each and every participant, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, Art Unlimited staff, and service providers, is expected to understand and follow attendance policies. These expectations apply to all Art Unlimited meeting-related events, including those events held in conjunction with Art Unlimited conferences and events.

Personal Safety and Security
Art Unlimited works hard to make sure all participants are safe at events. We ask that all attendees report any questionable activity to any Art Unlimited or venue security staff for immediate action. No concern is too small – if you see something, say something.

Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
Regardless of where you are, use the buddy system when walking to and from the conference location, networking event locations – especially during early or late hours.
Work to avoid extreme late night events – arrange transportation in advance rather than walking
Don’t wear your meeting badge on the street. Take it off as soon as you leave the venue.
Don’t carry a lot of cash or credit cards.
Don’t leave personal property unattended anywhere, anytime.
In an emergency, you should first call 911, connect with your Art Unlimited team or the on-site security personnel to help you.

Drinking
At many conferences and networking events, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served. Art Unlimited expects team members at events to follow the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook, section 4.6. No alcohol or substance use is allowed during Art Unlimited sponsored events, educational events, or any event where you are representing Art Unlimited including attached travel to and from events. If a trip is extended beyond the event for personal reasons, these conduct rules apply if Art Unlimited is covering the expenses.

Art Unlimited has the right to deny attendance to employees and participants, and may require early dismissal from the event if these rules are not followed.
