The Art Unlimited team base support charges are 15 minutes in length! Bundling updates or changes to your website can save you money, as our team is more efficient.
How do I pay for my website support needs?
There are three ways to pay for your support charges; by check, ACH / e-check, or credit card. If you have questions about what payment solution is best for you, please call into the office to talk with our billing department.
When are the monthly fees paid?
If you sign up for a monthly program your payment will be processed on the 1st or 15th of every month. Please talk with your support manager to select the monthly payment date that works best for you.
The AU support process includes:

- You will receive a rough time estimate of the effort it will take to make the changes on your website.
